8-22 Food Journal

I wasn't feeling great this morning, so I went into work late.

Breakfast 9AM-
plain greek yogurt/mixed berries/truvia

Lunch 1PM-
apple/natural PB
lemon pepper tuna

Snack 4PM-
Kashi Pumpkin Spice granola bar

5:30 PM- chai with almond milk

7PM-
Turkey/Spinach meatloaf 1.5 servings
pintos
carrots

7:45PM
yoplait greek yogurt coconut/coconut oil/chia seeds

No exercise today.
