I know I haven't been around much the past couple of weeks, but things have just been a bit crazy for us lately. I just wanted to do a quick check-in t let you guys know things are going well. I am still following the 17DD. I am now in the first cycle of my second round. I am still consistently losing, and I am very excited. Most of my losses are just 1lb a week, but I am thrilled with the progress. I am trying to exercise 4 days a week. Two run days, two zumba days, and some strength thrown in for good measure. Hopefully I will be returning to my regular schedule soon!

So glad you are doing well!! you motivate me! I have really been struggling with my diet and exercise lately. I cant wait to hear about your success!! You have been working so hard and deserve it!
