Three Things Thursday

* Things have been so crazy with my Summer Reading Program, and I feel like I have been ignoring my bloggy friends :( I hope to catch up with you guys (in comments) soon! :)

1. I have a new Spinning Partner!!! I have said here that I REALLY wanted a gym partner! And now I have a standing Wednesday Night Spin Date! Excited :)

2. I have lost 10 lbs in the past 3 months!!! WOOHOO!  I have really avoided the scale for awhile.. actually since my last thyroid meds change... and when I hopped on the scale yesterday for my work physical (every three months, they come to the library and weigh us, take blood for cholesterol, blood sugar, triglycerides, etc.) I was down 10 pounds from the last weigh in!!! Needless to say I was stoked :) Hopefully...my thyroid meds are where they need to be and I can continue this losing streak!

3.  June Boom is going well, and I am working on my Summer Fitness Bucket List!!!  This weekend, I should he able to mark off a trip to the Zoo :)

  1. Hang in there with your SRP, things will calm down in a bit. Great job on the 10 pounds! That will certainly motivate you.

  2. Wooo! 10 pounds in 3 months is great! Sometimes it's nice to take a scale break, it makes the results all the more sweeter.
