1. Tommy and I are planning a little vaca at the end of July (when Summer Reading ends). We are planning to go to Asheville NC for a few days...and then one night in Gatlinburg, TN. We went to Asheville as we road tripped our Honey moon and enjoyed it...so we want to go back. Have any of you visited Asheville? Is there anything that we can't miss!?
2. I think I tweaked my knee during spin class last night. It hurts...tonight I am doing strength class, but may have to take it easy with the squats.
3. I NEED to drink more water.....I have never had a problem with water until recently. MUST DO BETTER!

Woohoo!!! Have a great vacation next month! I love Gatlinburg. I hope your knee feels better. Good luck with the water. :) What's your water plan? Do you have one of those nifty water bottles to carry around with you? I bring a Nalgene to class with me.
ReplyDeleteI've been adding things to my water to help it go down - I've always liked lemon, but then I realized any citrus would probably be delicious, and it totally is. An orange or grapefruit slice is also great at perking up the flavor without compromising the healthy benefits of choosing water over juice or soda.
ReplyDeleteI love the title of this post. I'm going to steal it :)
ReplyDeleteI hear you in the water dept. I need to drink more SO badly!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great vacation! I also need to drink more water...and prob a little less wine ;)
ReplyDeleteHope your knee feels better :)
ReplyDeleteDrinking more water makes you feel sooo much better! Hope your knee is ok!
ReplyDeleteMy FAVORITE FAVORITE FAVORITE things about Western NC is the Biltmore and Blowing Rock. Omg, I'm so jealous that you're going!!!
ReplyDeleteObviously the Biltmore. Get there early and walk their gorgeous gardens. Downtown is a great place to walk around and watch the people. If you go to the chamber of commerce site, there's a walking trail through town with all kinds of interesting facts and finds. Oh yes, and hit Early Girl on Wall Street for breakfast or lunch. Yum.
