This Week's Goals

It has been a crazy week for us...but crazy in a good way. Wednesday was my hubby's birthday and yesterday was a good friend's wedding. Two celebrations meant too many splurges for me. I could dwell on all the things I ate that I shouldn't have, but instead I am moving forward and making goals for the new week.

This week my goal is to walk/jog 10 miles!

I would also like to lose .5 pounds this week.

  1. Good goals! I've concluded that there are ALWAYS going to be special events and that one must just get through them best they can and then soldier on.

  2. Great goals as for the celebrations well we all have those some of us have more the others...........all you can do is take things one day at a time............lol
