 40 minutes cycling
  60 minutes Zumba
 
Wednesday: Total 30 minutes
30 minutes - treadmill (5 walking-20 job-5 walking)
 
Thursday: Total 70 minutes
10 minutes walking
60 minutes Zumba


Friday: REST


Saturday: Total 0
I did a ton of walking, but it was during shopping so it doesn't count for challenge.

  1. I cant wait to hear about boot camp. They have one at the gym, but Ive never been brave enough to try it. Great job this week!! With Christmas shopping coming up, I think that should be countable minutes!! (Just kidding!!!!!)
