My head cold is sticking around, and moving toward my chest. As much as I hate to, I am going to skip tonight's run. I may have to skip tomorrow, too. But once I am feeling better, I will start back over with Day1 of the 30 Day challenge. I made it 12 Days! :)
So sorry you caught a darned cold. Twelve days is a great accomplishment! Hope you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteIt' amazing what happens when you set goals. Seems every time I try, I get sick or distracted or bumped off the plan.
ReplyDeleteEven though it's frustrating, I'm learning to not let the distractions stop me from setting and reaching my goals. Just have to push through!!

ReplyDeleteI admittedly did BAD this weekend! Celebrated my sister's 30th birthday with a bad lunch and skipped the gym. Got invited to a crawfish boil today (Sunday) and after grocery shopping and houswork, I skipped another workout.
Tomorrow morning, bright and early, I start my Day 1 of the 30 day challenge. I will update and let you know how I do. In the meantime, sending good "get better" thoughts your way!
