I went online and looked at a ton of different training plans. I then looked at the time I had before my 10k (I was a little uhhh.....well I procrastinated a bit and only had 5 weeks) I combined bits of all of the plans and tailored it around my schedule and demands of my life. It's working for me....I'm kinda amazed. But it's not so much the training...but he desire and will!!!!
I am currently following the 10-K Finish It Plan by the "Run Like a Mother" ladies -- Sarah Boween-Shea and Dimity McDowell. I only run 3 days a week.
