Workout Schedule

I am trying something new with my diet/workouts for the next two months. Just switching it up a bit...I will tell you guys more later. But as a result, I am limiting my time in the gym. Most of my daily workouts will only be 30 minutes, except Zumba days which are an hour. Here is this week's schedule.

Monday- 10 minutes Treadmill/25 minutes Strength Class       Total 35 minutes
Tuesday- Traveling will workout in hotel                                          30 minutes
Wednesday- Traveling                                                                    30 minutes
Thurday- Zumba                                                                            60 minutes
Friday- Treadmill (walking)                                                             30 minutes
Saturday- Zumba                                                                            60 minutes
Sunday- REST

On Sunday, I will update with my actual workouts.

I worked this plan last week and it was SO nice being home earlier. AND I LOST WEIGHT! Of course, I was coming off the holidays, so I am really interested in this week's WI on Sunday.

  2. Great job!! It's easy to get caught up in trying to exercise as much as you can. You do some quality workouts, so I think your new plan will be great for you. I can't wait to hear more about it!
