No Shoes, No Socks, No Problem

Today I forgot my socks AND SHOES :( UGH! They are sitting on a chair at my front door. I have another pair of shoes that I am going to make work...and will pick up a cheap pair of socks on the way to the gym... just another manic Monday!
Saturday, Tommy and I took my cousin's daughter to the zoo for her 5th birthday. We had a blast but it was HOTT! Yesterday, I went to the gym and got in two miles on the treadmill. I need to do more strength training...encouragement please! I do great with getting in my cardio, but have always slacked with strength training.

  1. Manic Monday indeed - good for you for making it work! Sounds like you had a great, active weekend.

    I hear you on the strength training thing. It's one of those things that I know I *should* be doing, but don't. I've been focusing on the treadmill for the most part and am thinking I need to step it up. We can do this! Let's hold each other accountable, shall we?

  3. Should we come up with a strength training plan?? I have to work on that too. If you want a buddy I am here and I need one! I also have the plan my trainer gave me we could use. Let me know on fb if you do.
    Way to go on not letting the shoes throw you off track.
    btw I have not forgotten the award it is coming up.
