Weekly Workout Summary and Weigh In

Weight Refection:
I stayed the same this week. I feel like I did the things I needed to do to lose weight this week, but it didn't happen. I tried to stay between 1400-1600 calories all week. Next week, I am going to tweak my diet and continue to do that until I see a lost.

Workout Summary:

Monday: Total 60 mins
Cycling + Yoga stretches at the gym 30 mins
Walk/Run intervals outside 30 mins

Tuesday: Total 110 mins
50 min cycling
60 min Zumba Class

Wednesday: Total 45 mins
30 min elliptical
15 minute cycling

Thursday: Total 30 mins
30 min walking outside

Friday: Rest Day

Saturday: Total 35 mins
Spinning Class 35 mins

Weekly Total: 4 hrs 40 mins   (280 mins)


 Workout Reflection:
I think it was a great week. I am really proud about taking my first official Zumba class on Tuesday. I discussed it with Tommy and we agreed that I will continue taking the class even though it make for a long day (leaving home at 7AM returning around 9PM). So I am excited!
Next week my goal will be a total of 5 hours of workout!

  1. Looks like you had some great workouts! Sometimes results don't show up right away - just keep moving and making good choices, and the numbers will change soon enough!

  4. It sounds like you had a great week even though the scale didn't reflect that! Nice job with all the exercise. Are you hungry on 1400-1600 calories? Have you considered eating more on the days you exercise longer? Keep up the hard work! :)
