Met this week's goal of 5 hours. Enjoyed both days of Zumba class.
Next week my goal will be at  least 45 mins/5 days

  3. Wow, great job! You did an excellent job with all that exercise this week! Good for you for remembering to keep a rest day in there, too. Congrats on kicking some more weight to the curb. Keep up the good work! :)
